Other than the already mentioned amenities, the house also features:

★One day prior to your arrival you will receive instructions that will walk you through the check-in process and answer any last-minute questions. You will have access to all areas of the home and backyard/pool with the exception of the shed.


★Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in $1,000 fee and reservation cancellation.
★ No Smoking Inside whatsoever

Other things to note

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION & CLEANING ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.


★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours. During 10:00PM-9AM period, no music should be played outside and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. This is a family friendly neighborhood and all we ask is to make sure we respect the neighbors surrounding this home. We can’t have complaints of loud music, guests being loud while entering/leaving the property in the street, or people hanging out by the pool being too loud. It’s important to be mindful of this while booking. Thank you very much for your attention and understanding to this matter.

★LAUNDRY AND LINENS★
Every guest will be provided with fresh towels, wash cloths, and make-up towelettes / cloth. PLEASE use the make-up towelettes or make-up cloths to remove make-up, this will ensure that our towels stay fresh.

★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers/staff who may need access to the pool/ back yard area.

★Limited Liability for Pool and Equipment★
The pool is exposed to the elements such as leaves falling in, debris blown in by the wind, rain, algae formation etc. The pipes and pool system have to withstand extreme temperatures due to the desert weather and when something breaks it may take several days to get parts or technicians.
Because of this our liability is limited. We will always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, but sometimes Nature wins out and things break.

The owner and & property management team are not responsible for any injuries up to death incurred by guests within the home or outside of the house. By booking with us, you agree that you will not hold the owner and/or property management team responsible in any way.
